STAGES:

STAGE 1 - Recruiting

We find a perfect candidate according to your requirements by intervieviewing and giving test tasks to tens candidates. We make an offer after your approval.

Having a huge network of software engineering communities and engineers we can find the best candidate for your specific needs in the minimal terms. We are also collaborating with several recruiting agencies to have more candidates for choosing. Candidates pass interviews, complete test tasks. We are always taking care not only about professional skills but also personality. That’s why we usually take 1 person from 20-30 candidates that came to us from different sources. So you won’t waste your time for the candidate that not meets your requirements. We introduce you the candidate and you make all needed things from your side to make a decision (interview, test task or whatever you need). With our regular clients - CV and introduction usually are enough. After this we are making an offer, approved by you.

STAGE 2 - Onboarding

After we take candidate on board we are setting up the environments, configuring essential settings/processes (daily stand-ups, reporting, time tracking, etc).

STAGE 3 - Ongoing Work

We focus on the motivation and staff retention of your team; We are highly interested to provide working process that will meet the best scores from both sides - client’s and developer’s, making sure all contractual obligations are met and both side available to speak with each other on any needs.
